FullCover - Unlocking the potential of your fleets
For many Dealers courtesy cars are seen as a cost to the business, and therefore an expense that must be incurred to achieve good customer satisfaction levels. Does your business ...
- pay too much to run Service and other vehicles?
- pay too much for insurance cover?
- carry a high Group insurance excess?
- waste time organising customer insured loan cars?
- run the risk of one claim penalising all Group premiums?
FullCover provides management and customer-handling tools that enable Dealers to unlock the potential of their Service and demonstrator vehicle fleets. Would you like to ...
- reduce your insurance costs?
- eliminate your insurance risk?
- improve the professionalism of your staff?
- recover £1,000 per month operating costs?
FullCover is an easy-to-use software package that manages vehicle fleets cost-effectively, provides ring-fenced insurance cover and helps staff be more professional and customer-friendly.
FullCover courtesy car and demonstration insurance cover is provided by AIG Europe (UK) Limited.
Here's how FullCover works ...
- At the time of booking, customers are offered the option of taking a fully-insured courtesy or demonstrator vehicle for a set charge.
- If the customer accepts these terms their details are entered onto the FullCover system and the chosen car is booked for him.
- When the customer attends the Dealership FullCover paperwork is printed for him that confirms the terms and conditions of the vehicle loan, mileage and fuel levels, and any known damage to the car.
- The customer signs this document, which includes an authorisation to charge him the agreed amount(s).
- When the vehicle is returned, mileage and fuel levels are confirmed again, and any additional damage noted. The final charge is then included on the Service invoice.
In this way FullCover allows customers to take advantage of your loan car knowing the costs in advance. This makes the whole transaction more professional and adds value to your customer service.
