We’re looking for a team player with a good sense of humour. You’ll need to be organised, able to multi-task, and have a professional telephone manner.
As an Internal Account Executive, the role includes:
- Responding to customer support calls and emails
- Daily customer support tasks
- Supporting the Account Managers with tasks and projects
- Remote customer training and system implementation
- Month end reporting
Salary: £20k to £24k dependant on experience plus year-end bonus equivalent to one month’s salary.
Benefits include healthcare, contributory pension scheme, 22 days paid holiday and onsite parking at our Barford offices.

Cooper Solutions was founded in 2001 by Barry and Peter Cooper, combining their Software Development and Automotive retail expertise.
We provide cloud-based solutions for the automotive industry, specialising in day rate insurance, stock management, financial management, vehicle appraisals and remarketing. Our products are used by over 2100 franchised auto dealerships throughout the UK.
