Cooper Solutions brings improved customer experience and additional revenue<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Allen Ford, one of the UK\u2019s leading\nsuppliers of Ford cars and vans to both businesses and private motorists, has\nstreamlined its entire loan fleet management process through FullCover from\nCooper Solutions. FullCover allows Allen Ford\u2019s network of 30 locations across\nthe south of England and the Midlands to efficiently manage current, future and\nhistoric appointments for all sales, aftersales and bodyshop loans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Having used FullCover in previous roles with\nother dealerships, Allen Ford Group\u2019s Southern Service Director, Bill Davies,\nintroduced FullCover to the group last year. He commented: \u201cFullCover\ntakes away all the hassle of loan fleet management. It has been specifically\nand expertly developed so that all of the information is easy to see. We can now\naccurately monitor performance at user, dealer and group level.
